Blood isn't
the only thing
being spilled.
Hope is too — when no one sees you, no one believes you, no one takes you in. This site exists to catch what would otherwise disappear: the people who want to leave gang life, the families who lost everything, and everyone refusing to accept that this is the new normal.
What we stand for
No glorification.
No sensation.
Only ways out.
Every week Swedish media reports on new shootings, new bombings, new children recruited. The news arrives in floods — and drowns in itself. Names become numbers. Families become statistics. Survivors are forgotten.
blodig.se is not another news feed. We don't report shootings. We don't count bodies. We exist for what happens after — and for what can prevent the next one.
Here we collect what's scattered: the way out of gang life, help for families, legal advice, mentors, jobs and the organisations that actually help. The goal is simple: make it easier to walk away from violence than to choose it.

Sweden now
Behind the numbers — real lives.
Figures are updated as Sweden's Crime Prevention Council (Brå) and the Police release new statistics. Behind every number are people — families, victims, defectors. This site tries to make it easier to reach them, and for them to reach help.
